The following items were added to the matrix:  Commissioner Villarreal requested if on extension request items staff could put the number oftimes the item has come before the commission in the backup. Vice-Chair Smith requested a work session on the requirements for neighborhood amenities, what is the amount and what triggers the parking requirement.  7.
