PZ24-040: Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding the updates City staff and Pete Kelly, Consultant, presented the report to the Commissioners, a discussion Following discussion, the Capital Improvement Advisory Committee (CIAC) consensus was to increase the Roadway Impact Fees from the existing fee adopted by City Council in 2016 to 50 percent of the maximum allowable fee and gradually increasing annually to 80 percent to move forward with the proposed Land Use Assumption and Capital Improvement Plan included in the followed.
