Swearing in of newly appointed Alderman Place 2, if approved by council b. Newly appointed Alderman Place 2 takes seat on the dias.  the resignation of a council member.  VI. Discuss and consider possible action on adopting the budget for Fiscal Year 2019- VII. Receive a Report, hold a discussion and consider adopting the proposed Tax rate VIII. Discuss and consider possible action on authorizing the execution of an interlocal agreement with Ark-Tex Council of Governments for support and assistance in furtherance of making application for a Texas Community Development Block Grant.  2020.  for Fiscal year 2019-2020.
