MINUTES June 12,2024  PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSSION  After determining that a quorum was present, the Planning and Zoning Commission ofthe City of Denton, Texas convened in a Work Session on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 5:01 p.m. in the Council Work Session Room at City Hall, 215 E.
