The motion passed 5-0. 5. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION: 5A. Agreement between the City of Kerrville, Texas and the Kerrville Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. Councilmember Hughes made a motion to authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute an agreement with the KCVB for a Community Arts Program, seconded by 5B. General Event Promotion Contract between the CE Group, Inc and the City of Kerrville for the Kerrville River Festival and Annular Eclipse Celebration in the amount of KCVB President Julie Davis was in attendance if needed. Mayor Eychner made a motion to authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute the contract, seconded by Councilmember Hughes. The motion passed 5-0. 6.
