Ferrie, and James Emerich. Absent: None  Rosa Rios, City Secretary; Catherine Clifton, Deputy City Attorney. Denton Parks Foundation: Brooke Moore, Executive Director. Guest Speaker: Joseph Thomas Walker, UNTI Principal Lecturer.  Note: Chair Frances Punch, Vice Chair Alana Presley Taylor and Members Denona Lee, Kent Boring, David Shuck, George Ferrie, and James Gordon Emerich will bej participating  in the meeting via video/teleconferenee. Chair Punch called the meeting to order at 3:03 PM 1.ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION  A. Consider approval of the minutes of Sep 14, 2020.  Emerich moved to adopt the item as presented and Shuck seconded.
