McKinney Street, Denton, Texas. Present: Frances Punch, Alana Presley Taylor, Denona Lee, and James Emerich. Absent: Kent Boring (Excused), George Ferrie (Excused), and David Shuck (Unexcused). Note: Chair Frances Punch, Vice Chair Alana Presley Taylor and Members Denona Lee, Kent Boring, David Shuck, George Ferrie, and James Gordon Emerich willl bej participating  in the meeting via video/teleconference.  Chair Punch reported the following for board member absences:  Kent Boring - Excused  George Ferrie - Excused as determined later in the meeting attendance policy, the absence is considered unexcused.]  [Note: David Shuck was not present at the meeting and in accordance with the City's  1.ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION  A. Consider approval of the minutes of October 12, 2020.  Memberl Leei moved to adopt thei item as presented and Member Emerich seconded.
