City of Denton Parks, Recreation, and Beautification Board Minutes April 14,2022 After determining that a quorum of the City of Denton, Texas, Parks, Recreation, and Beautification Board was present, the Board convened in a Regular Meeting on Monday, April 4, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Community Room at 321 E. McKinney Street, Denton, Present: Chair Alana Presley Taylor, Vice-Chair George Ferrie, and Members James Gordon Texas. C.F PRB22-014: Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding the Development Agreement between the City of Denton and RM Squared Denton, LLC and Baker 345, LLC, for the dedication of parkland and construction of park improvements for a public park at the Baker Tract development.
