Change order decreasing the total contract price with D&D Contractors, Inc. due to 4C. Authorization to negotiate a Professional Services Agreement for the seconded by Councilmember Hughes. An Ordinance amending Chapter 60 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Kerrville, Texas, which adopted zoning regulations, use districts, and a zoning map in accordance with the City's Comprehensive Plan, such Chapter more commonly known as the City's Zoning Code; by changing the zoning and classification of the property consisting of an approximate 86.71 acre tract out of the W.T. Crook Survey No. 71, Abstract No. 114, Kerr County, Texas, and more commonly known as 300 Peterson Farm Rd; from being a Planned Development District established by Ordinance No. 2010- 03, to an Industrial and Manufacturing Zoning District (IM): providing a cumulative clause; providing for severability; providing an effective date; ordering publication; and providing other matters relating to the subject.
