CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION: 2A. Grants for small business façade improvements. Councimember Joe Herring, Jr., Michael Hornes, and Dalton Rice provided information and City Council agreed to consider grants for small business façade improvements. 2B. Third amendment to the Design-Build Agreement with Thos. S. Byrne, Inc. dba Byrne Construction Services Corporation in the amount of $39,565,559.00 for the Public Safety Michael Hornes and Tony Battle provided information and responded to questions. Councimember Roman Garcia made a motion to convene Executive Session under 551.071 (consultation with attorney), seconded by Councimember Brenda Hughes. The motion passed 5-0.
