All Board Members present agreed it has existed as long as they can remember.Interim Building Official Gene Delauroi interjectedi the Park existed across both lots when the special designation was given to the eastern lot and the reason the western Board Member Alan Beaubien questioned if anyone is living in any dilapidated units.
