Manning stated, "We thec councils should collaborate to1 make a visions statement & bring ideast tot thet table next Mayor pro tem Gonzales advisedi that) he wouldi like tos see thes vision/ mission statement published. 2.2 Discuss andi identify atl least 51 top priority goalsf for the city.  meeting. "  a. short1 termg goals:  Coucilmember Wiatrek would! like tos see the city's short term & long term goals written down and available. She wouldl like the fnance department to take into consideration and high priority that the auditor advised feedback) from the 21-22 audit. Pesek would like to see the bathroom at the park and continued education, for better understanding of cily Councilmember Mamming would like to seet the city implement the policy and procedures) for short term goals, like answering people ina a timely, manner & records retention. Shei is requesting bettery fnancial reports to ensure ton makel better decisions. She would like tof focus ons strategies) for development and better organization) for large projects. Would! liket tol look forward and prepare Councilmember Pesek advised that a comprehensive) planz needs tol be put in place & apply for as many grants as possible for Councilmember Wiatrek wouldl like to see and agreement with the county tos see ifthere are additional options for the roads, a tracking system for where all the pimpoints all thet turnoffv valves, meters etc. like tol have multiple grant companies looking for Councilmember Gonzales advised that hes would like tos see thej finds not rolling back into the general find, this process is, not beneficial) for thes streets, changing that! policy tok keep fiunds) withint the department as) years) progress..
