Port of Galveston Tour 123 Rosenberg, Galveston, Texas 77550 (409) 765-9321  The Galveston Wharves Board ofTrustees and the Galveston City Council will meet at the above date, time, and location for the purpose oft taking a tour of the Port of Galveston. The tour will start at the Port of Galveston's office at 123 Rosenberg/25" Street in front of the building. Members of Wharves Board, City Council and staff, and the media will travel by trolley/shuttle to Pier 21. They will board a watercraft to tour the Docks from Pier 10 to Pier 41, The tour is being held for educational purposes only. No action will be taken by the Board of  and property on Pelican Island.
