Council member Terry Stegall led the prayer.  Prayer  Pledge to the Flags Texas Flag  Mayor, James Stroud led the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States Flag and the Pledge to the Discuss and act upon appointing a CityofDahart Council Member to fill the vacancy - Council Member for Ward2Ty Hancock motioned to elect Clinton Hale to fill the vacancy in Ward 2 for City Council Member. Gary Messer seconded the motion and the same carried unanimously. Accept the resignation of Council Member for Ward 1, Ginger Cleavenger. Gary Schiederjan motioned to accept the resignation of Council Member for Ward 1, Ginger Cleavenger. Discuss and act upon electing a Mayor Pro Tem as elected by The City of Dalhart's Council Members Gary Messer motioned to elect Ty Hancock as Mayor Pro Tem. Gary Schiederjan With no further business, Ty Hancock motioned to: adjourn the meeting. Dennis Rojas seconded  Messer seconded the motion and the same carried unanimously.
