MANUFACTURED HOME" or MANUFACTURED HOUSING" - is a HUD CODE MANUFACTURED HOME or a MOBILE HOME. Tex. Occ. Code S 1201.003 "PERSON, FIRM OR CORPORATION"- includes a natural person, entity, firm, partnership, association, limited liability company, joint venturer, or corporation. Other terms herein shall have the meanings defined in other ordinances of the City, SECTION 4. Mobile Home and Manufactured Homes Prohibited. No MOBILE HOME or MANUFACTURED HOME shall be permitted within the City limits of the City of Cumby, Texas. Any MOBILE HOME and/or MANUFACTURED HOME located in the City legally, prior to the enactment of this ordinance and used and occupied as a residential dwelling shall be allowed to remain. Existing MOBILE HOMES and/or MANUFACTURED HOMES may be replaced with another MOBILE HOME and/or MANFACTURED HOME that has been manufactured on or after three (3) years of the date of the application. Subject to the foregoing, any person applying for a replacement has thirty (30) days to replace the subject mobile and or manufactured home after the date the home was removed. except where the context clearly requires otherwise. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any individual seeking a replacement due to fire or other casualty loss may have an automatic extension of the thirty-day (30-day) deadline until their insurance policy pays out in full. SECTION 5. Existing Mobile Homes and Manufactured Homes. This ordinance does not make unlawful any MOBILE HOME and/or MANUFACTURED HOME already in place and complying with all laws when this ordinance becomes effective. However, after the effective date of this ordinance, if any nonconforming MOBILE HOME and/or MANUFACTURED HOME is removed from its location, it shall not be allowed to relocate within the city limits of the City of Cumby, Texas. AMOBILEI HOME: and/or MANUFACTURED HOME shall not be used as an office or business building in any zoning district, except as an office on the site in connection with: a) a MANUFACTURED HOME PARK, or b) al bona fide retail MANUFACTURED HOME sales lot or park, as provided ini the SECTION 7. Violations and Penalties. This was from one drug related offense we arrested for almost 2 years ago that tinvolved cash, and lots of illegal edibles. The criminal court process is sometimes slow, but it works. There is more in the works but legally, we cannot discuss an active case until the process is done and money is awarded by the District Attorney's Office. AMENDING CITY OF CUMBY OFFICIALHOLIDAYS WHEREAS, The City ofCumby has the authority to adopt personnel rules and regulations concerning personnel matters, including but not limited to probationary periods, vacation leave regulations, compensation, professional conduct, performance evaluations, work schedules, and other personnel matters; and WHEREAS, the City Council oft the City ofCumby adopted the City ofCumby Employee WHEREAS, in recognition ofthe fact that the City of Cumby current annual leave policy is not aligned with other cities when compared with others the size and population of Cumby; WHEREAS, benefits that are provided by City of Cumby are limited; and, to maintain qualified employees at the City of Cumby, we need to offer benefits such that we can; WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cumby wishes to bring annual leave policy in line with comparable city policies; and recognizes that the current annual leave offered to &1 Policy Manual (hereinafter, "Handbook") on April 16, 2021, Employees is lacking; BEITTHEREFORE RESOLVED: 1.
