Updates/Comments Senior Planner, Eduardo Garrido, requested that the commission submit a list oft topics they would like to discuss during an upcoming training session. 2. Approval of the Minutes for the Regular Meeting(s) on February 1, 2023 Upon Motion by Vice Chairman Troy Whittemore, and seconded by Commissioner Aida Rodriguez, was found complete and carried unanimously. CONSENTAGENDA ITEMS: 1. Consideration and Action: One Loop Subdivision, Preliminary Plat Senior Planner, Eduardo Garrido, stated that staff finds One Loop Subdivision, Preliminary Plat, complete. Upon motion by Vice-Chairman Troy Whittemore, seconded by Commissioner David Betancourt, One Loop Subdivision, Preliminary Plat, was found complete and carried unanimously. Public Hearing and Action on Ordinance Number 2024-235.106: To amend the Unified Development Code (UDC), Sec. 4.6.3 -I Landscaping, Subsection B Applicability; and dealing with related matters. Upon motion by Vice-Chairman, Troy Whittemore, seconded by Commissioner, David Ramirez and carried Commissioner David Betancourt moved that Ordinance Number 2024-235.106 be approved to amend the Unified Development Code (UDC), Sec. 4.63-Landscaping. Subsection B Applicability; and dealing with related Public Hearing and Action on Ordinance Number 2024-235.107: To amend the Unified Development Code (UDC), Sec. 4.3.3 - Traditional Neighborhood and Form Districts, by repealing and replacing Subsections D, E,& F, outlining established parking setbacks within Traditional Neighborhood Districts; unanimously, the public hearing was closed. 8.
