Discussions ensued with a resolution to the issue being that the owner or owners oft the property would have to submit a request for a variancef The Recycle Bin, originally placed adjacent to the old Manville Office Building on Commerce Street, has been used for people's trash and not as a recycle bin. Karen M. has called and reported that this bin is on the schedule to be picked up (no date was given to her). 9.
