Convene into Executive Session Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Local Goverment Code, and Section 1.05, Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct to consult wi legal counsel regarding a proposed Petition for the Creation ofa Public Improvement District to Finance Improvements for the Buford Ranch Development. 2. Mayor Piper called the Executive Session to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. and declared a 3. Financial Reports as of March 31, 2023.  The Financial Reports for the period ending March 31, 2023 were sent to council members pric Citizen(s) Communications. (The City Council welcomes public comments on items not listed on the agenda. However, the Council cannot respond until the item is posted ona future meeting agenda. Citizens who wish to speak at a council meeting must complete an' "Appearance Before City Council" form at the meeting. (Three-minute limit). Several citizens were signed up to speak to council. When council reviewed the plat, discussion and questions answered, a vote was taken and was unanimously Jeff Teasdale received the letter from the City's attorney in which the violations were noted for property owned by Deborah Candelas. Discussions ensued with a resolution to the issue being that the owner or owners oft the property would have to submit a request for a variancef The Recycle Bin, originally placed adjacent to the old Manville Office Building on Commerce Street, has been used for people's trash and not as a recycle bin. Karen M. has called and reported that this bin is on the schedule to be picked up (no date was given to her). 9. Greenview Development- -an ordinance Disannexing and Discontinuing 20.906 Acres, More or Less, from being part of the City.
