COUPLAND CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES  THURSDAY, JULY1 13, 2023, 6:00 P.M. COUPLAND FIRE STATION 410 FM 1466 COUPLAND, TEXAS  1. Call Reguiar Meeting to Order and Declare a Quorum.  Mayor Piper called the meeting to order ata approximately 6:00 p.m. and declared  ac quorum.  2. Review and approve minutes of the regular Council meeting held on June 8,  2023.  There being no corrections to the minutes, they were approved.  3. Financial Reports as of June 30, 2023.  Noquestions; we are approximately 75% through this fiscal year.  4. Citizen(s) communications. The City Council welcomes public comments on items not listed on the agenda. However, the Council cannot respond until the item is posted on a future meeting agenda. Citizens who wish to speak at a council meeting must complete an "Appearance Before City Counci!" form at the  meeting; there is a three-minute limit. There were no citizen communications. 5. Office Space for the City.  Recelved the commercial lease form; it has been forwarded to the city attorney for review. The City will send insurance documents to Red River Restorations. Council agreed that if the space is completed before the projected  lease term that the lease dates will be adjusted. 6. Qualifications for City Secretary.  Revisions were done and the document will be sent to the city attorney for review  and comment.  Pagelof2    13. The next Coupland Council meeting will be July 13, 2023.
