APPROVAL OF MINUTES  With a quorum present, Chairman Calvin Walker called the meeting to order at 12:06 p.m.  A.1  December 19,2023 - Offered for consent approval. by Board Member Tara Putegnat and carried unanimously.  Board Member Philip Samponaro moved to approve the minutes. Motion was seconded  2. PUBLIC HEARINGS B.1  Consideration and Action on 2024 Tax Exemption properties in the following National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) and/or Recorded Texas Historical  categories:  Landmarks (RTHL) inventory properties. Local Designated Primary Resources (LDPR). Substantial Rehabilitated Properties since 2014. 2024 Proposed New Substantial Rehabilitated Properties. properties to be considered under this section.  The item was introduced by the Historic Preservation Officer (HPO), who introduced the Board Member Rolando Garza moved to approve the properties listed for the 2024 Tax Exemptions as presented. The motion was seçonded by Board Member Philip Samponaro  and carried unanimously.    B.2  Consideration and Action on Substantial Rehabilitated Properties whose time has The item was introduced by the Historic Preservation Officer (HPO), who introduced the Board Member Philip Samponaro moved to approve the removal of Substantial Rehabilitated properties whose time has expired as presented. The motion was seconded Consideration and Action on National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) and/or Reçorded Texas Historical Landmarks (RTHL) properties that will be blocked in The item was introduced by the Historic Preservation Officer (HPO), who introduced the Board Member Tara Putegnat moved to approve to block the NRHP and/or RTHL properties until non-compliance is resolved as presented. The motion was seconded by Consideration and Action on Local Designated Primary Resources (LDPR) National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) and/or Recorded Texas Historical Landmarks (RTHL) properties that willl bel blocked in 2024 and until non-compliance is resolved.
