Mayor Braddy stated that this public hearing was to hear public comments on the proposed zoning change of old town cooper block 42 lot 2 [ne % 108x108] commonly known as 411 W. Ft. Worth from R-1 Single Family to R-3 Multi Family. Darren stated that Larry and Ruby Diane Bosscher had followed all oft the proper procedures to obtain this change. Darren asked if anyone had comments or input on this Donna Thomason made the motion to close the publiç hearing. Allen Foster seconded. Vote  matter. No comments were made.  unanimous.
