January 28, 2014 between Burnet County, Texas and BFI Transfer Systems of Texas, LP, to which the County agreed to assign to Waste Management of Texas, Inc. on October 9, 2018, specifies that the adjustment of rates shall be made on the anniversary date of thel lease agreement. The CPI statistics usedi int these adjustments are the CP-U for Dallas-Ft. Worth and Houston- Galveston-Brazoria areas. The' "Alli item" category willl be applied at 100 percent and the special category "Gasoline" will be applied at 10 percent. The rate is also subject to the percent adjustments, year to year, of the landfills in Travis and adjoining Counties. The calculations fort the new gate rate and rental We ask that the newi rates listed below be effective April 1, 2023, and respectfully request that the  increase are attached.  rental rate be adjusted at that time as well.
