BUDGET WORKSHOP MINUTES  JULY2,2024  MINUTES OF BASTROP CITY COUNCIL BUDGETWORKSHOP  JULY 2, 2024  The Bastrop City Council met in a budget workshop on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at the Bastrop City Hall Council Chambers, located at 1311 Chestnut Street, Bastrop, Texas. Members present were: Mayor Nelson and Mayor Pro Tem Kirkland and Council Members Plunkett, Meyer, Lee, and Fossler. Officers present were City Manager, Sylvia Carrillo and City Secretary, Ann  Franklin. CALLTO ORDER  Mayor Nelson called the meeting to order with a quorum being present at 5:00 p.m.  CITIZEN COMMENTS -I NONE PRE-BUDGET PLANNING WORKSHOP 3A. Discuss Draft FY: 2025 budget.
