Hear a presentation from thet following departments regarding the monthly reports of all fines imposed and collected, all judgments rendered and managed for the use of the county, and all jury fees collected in April 2024 according to Local Government IL.H Hear a presentation from Library Director Paige Bowman on fees collected for March and  Code114.044 and Texas Government Code 51.402 1.Vicki Scott, County Clerk.  April 2024.  7. Library Request:  I.D Discuss and consider Approving Library Director Paige Bowman to display a Summer Reading Banner in front of Andrews County Courthouse. Take action as necessary.  8. County Sheriff Request:  I.D Discuss and consider encumbering $60,000 of ARPA,Funds for the annual maintenance plan, repairs to the security system, and security door lock system for the Andrews County  Jail. Take action as necessary.  9. County Clerk Request:  . Discuss and consider reviewing and approving Unclaimed Property Capital Credits for  Andrews County. Take action. as necessary,  10. County Auditor Réports:    I.C Consider approving the transfer, sale, or destruction of Andrews County Surplus II. Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2023-2024 Budget year Il. Consider approving the. payment of financial obligations and payroli for Andrews  Property under Local Government Code 263.152. under Local Government Code 111.010(d). County and cancel all warrants.  11.
