Hear a presentation from Robin Harper, Andrews County Tax Assessor-Colector, regarding the monthly report and disposition of Andrews County taxes collected for the month of. June  2024 and the 2023 Annual Report.  7. Precinct 1 Request:  I.D Discuss and acknowiedge notice of approval by the Registered. Accessibility Specialist (RAS) for the RODEO. ARENAI RENOVATION PROJECT, inspected and found to be in' Substantial Compliance with the Texas Architectural Barriers Act (TABA), Tex. Gov. Code $$469.101 and 469.105 to ensure compliance with the Texas Accessibility II. Discuss and acknowledge notice of approval by the Registered Accessibility Specialist (RAS) for the ACE ARENA OUTDOOR SHEDS, inspected and found to be in' Substantial Compliance with the Texas. Take action as necessary.  9. County Auditor Reports:  .Consider approving the transfer, sale, or destruction of Andrews County Surplus I. Consider approving the various budget amendments fort the 2023-2024 Budget year II. Consider approving the payment of financial obligations and payroll for Andrews  Property under Local Government Code 263.152. under Local Government Code 111.010(d). County and cancel all warrants.  10.
