The notice from Tri-State state that all concerned! have been contacted; Curt Penny has not been contacted and requested that the hearing be extended. Jeff will contact Mr. Penny tol have him provide a written comment for the hearing. The waiver for lease signatures will be for the starting of the project, not intended to be a waiver for the landowner's signature and consent for the project. Jeff met with the assessor reviewing the TPR appraisal. She has done a site visit this week and shared her findings. New Items The Board of Commissioners each filled out a hazard assessment for the CEPA report. Commissioner Wall will have one when he returns. 2.B Attentive Benefits Contract company and review the contract. The commissioners stated that they would like to take additional time to research the Dave Hornung moved to defer signing the Attentive Health & Wellness contract tabling decision to a later meeting, seconded by Stan Hitchcock. The motion passed. 2.C OpenGov Budgeting & Planning Contract DocuSign OpenGov will provide software and training for the Program "Budgeting and Planning". OpenGov uses a 10-step process to implement the software and program. Dave Hornung moved to approve the OpenGov 5-year Agreement for professional services in the amount of $51,250.00 for the deployment of the Budgeting & Planning software with training and annual subscription fee of $ 18,692.00 each year for total project cost of $144,710.00, seconded by Stan Hitchcock. Purchase Orders 4.A PO #22-00293 - Eitan Medical - Infusion Set/Pump Kits - Ambulance - $13,544.90 Dave Hornung moved to approve Purchase Order #22-00293 for the Ambulance Department to Eitan Medical Quote #002532 forsixinfusion pump sets totaling $13,544.90 that will be paid by with APRA funding, seconded by Stan Hitchcock.
