Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary elections: Chair: Dave Hansher (Susan motioned, Eric: seconded, passed) Vice-Chair: Jessica Flohrs (Jessica motioned, Dave seconded, passed) Secretary: Eric Murray (Dave motioned, Jessica seconded, passed) Treasurer: Tim Dienst (Dave motioned, Eric: seconded, passed) Financials: None because the Treasurer was absent. Agency Reimbursements: Agency(s) presenting request: motioned to accept, Jessica seconded, passed. TCSAR had one request for $600 and one for $625 for EMT classes (Zenheiser and Walma). Eric Agencyl Reports: UPRHSD: Make sure your waiver training is up to date. TCDPHE: Michelle said there are oxygen concentrators available through them, UPRHSD, and SWTCEMS for times when there is a crisis, and an oxygen supply companyi is not available to deliver oxygen. She also talked about Teller County reforming the Teller County Medical Reserve Corps and would like our Bylaws reviewed concerning appointing board members. Committee Reports: Awards: No new awards. Website: No updates Old Business: Pikes Peak Medical Task Force (PPMTF) has funds that still need to be spent for providing backcountry emergency medical care. Each agency can: submit ar reimbursement during the May 2024 meeting and thet funds will all be accounted fort then. Tucker has some backpacks from the PPMTF that can be distributed, let him knowi if your agency would like one. During the December: 20, 2023, meeting, there were not enough members present to meet ac quorum, and there were: six reimbursement requests: 1. Teller County Search and Rescue: $948.75 for an EMT class. 2. Mountain Communities FPD: $1,349.25 for an EMT class. 3. Green Mountain Falls/Chipita Park: $1,058.00 fora an EMT class. 4. Lake George FPD: $190.23 for EMS advocacy expenses. 5. Southwest Teller County EMS: $2,475.40 fort the EMSAC conference (50%). 6. Ute Pass Regional Health Services District: $1,995.00 for the EMSAC conference (50%), and All reimbursements were approved unanimously by an email vote to meet a quorum. $893.91 for EMS: advocacy expenses. New Business: Discussion on Dr. DeWall resigning as of March 31, 2024, and Dr Andrew Hybargeri is interested in the position and is waiting to hear from his employerwhether hel has Discussion on setting the dates for. January, May, August, and November directly following the Fire Chief's meeting SO we have better chances of obtaining a quorum. Jessica motioned, Susan seconded, passed to have the meetings as documented. Discussion for reviewing the Bylaws and recommending changes if necessary. Al Bylaws committee was formed including. Jessica Flohrs (Chair,1.TMcleod, Eric Murray, Tyler Lambert, and Dave Hansher. One of thet topics to consider amending includes reimbursements. and the need tol have submitted: a CREATE grant. Jessica said that she can host our agendas, minutes, and Bylaws undert the OEM's website. We need to figure out how far back we want to go. permission.
