KIT CARSON COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MINUTES AUGUST 3, 2022 The Kit Carson County Board of County Commissioners meeting began in work session at 8:00 AM. Those present were Stan Hitchcock, Cory Wall, Dave Hornung, Lynsay Cormack, and Susan Corliss. In-Person Schedule - Commissioners Board Room 8:00. AM- Work Session The board did a recap of the Kit Carson County Fair and Pro Rodeo with notes to be reviewed inj preparing for next year. The fair thank you was updated. KIT CARSON COUNTYBOARD OF EQUALIZATION Commissioner Meeting to convene with Pledge of Allegiance The pledge was recited at 9:45 AM. Those present were Stan Hitchcock, Cory Wall, Dave Hornung, Abbey Mullis, Jerry McArthur, Lynsay Cormack, and Susan Corliss. 9:30. AM-C CBOE-Jerry & Shelley McArthur Jerry McArthur presented the appraisal that was done prior to the sale oft the property and the condition of the houses and buildings. Abbey Mullis. reported on the review conducted by Dave Hornung moved to call to order the Kit Carson County Board of Equalization at 9:45 AM, seconded by Cory Wall. The motion passed by unanimous vote by Stan Hitchcock. her office in May. It was determined to adjust the assessment. RESOLUTION22-043 Dave Hornung moved to adopt Resolution 22-043 to grant the Petitioner's appeal on Parcel #P555290842004 owned by Jerry & Shelley McArthur to the actual value of $261,220 as detailed in the resolution, seconded by Cory Wall.
