KIT CARSON COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS  MINUTES SEPTEMBER 7, 2022  The Kit Carson County Board of County Commissioners meeting began in work session at 8:00 AM. Those present were Dave Hornung, Stan Hitchcock, Cory Wall, and Susan Corliss. Lynsay  Cormack was. absent.  In-Person Schedule- Commissioners Board Room  8:00 AM - Work Session 12:00 PM-I Lunch  Walk Ins - Greg Etl, Collin Koop, and Randy Gorton  Commissioner Meeting to convene with Pledge of Allegiance  The meeting was called to order at 12:05 PM. Those attending were Stan Hitchcock, Cory  Wall, Dave Hornung, and Susan Corliss.  1. Review and Approve Consent Agenda Items  1.A Approve minutes for the August 31st- -] BOCC, DHS and PH meetings, & Accounts Payable Davel Hornung moved to approve the minutes for Boards ofCommissioners Board, Board of Human Services, and Board of Public Health on August 31st and to pay the Accounts Payable in the amount of $93,066.18, seconded by Cory Wall. The motion  passed by unanimous vote by Stan Hitchcock.  2. New Items  2.A Two Road Easements - Ted Simon/Masters Backhoe & Trenching Inc.  Section 36-8-47. - Crossing County Roads 30.5 and W  Cory Wall moved to approve the easement requested by Masters Backhoe & Trenching to trench an 2" water line cased in a3" pipe across County Road W East of County Road 30.5, seconded by Dave Hornung. The motion passed by unanimous vote Cory Wall moved to approve the easement requested by Masters Backhoe & Trenching to trench an 2" water line cased in a 3" pipe across County Road 30.5 south of County Road W, seconded by Dave Hornung. August  Dave Hornung moved to confirm the Assessor July - August Abatement Reports as presented, seconded by Cory Wall. Purchase Orders  P022-00320 - DHE - Laptop $1,573.81 - Coroner  Dave Hornung moved to approve Purchase Order #22-00320 for the Coroner to DHE Computer Systems, Inc. for 17"I LGI Notebook laptop totaling $1,573.81, seconded by Cory  Wall. The motion passed by unanimous vote by Stan Hitchcock.  Additions:  ALSCO Rental Service Agreement - R&B District 1  Dave Hornung moved to authorize signing of the Alsco Uniform Delivery Signature Form to allow deliveries of towels, fender covers, and brown mats to Kit Carson County Road & Bridge District 1 with a 15% discount and 1 year price guarantee, seconded by  Cory Wall. The motion passed by unanimous vote by Stan Hitchcock. The Board of County Commissioners' meeting adjourned at 12:11PM.
