Accounts Payable:  Action: Mr. Stone moved, and Mr. Williams seconded, that thel Board approve the accounts payable run date ofN March 14, 2024, in the amount of$773,314.49.All  Commissioners voted yes. Commented on the recent unprecedented snowstorm, which was the biggest since o Commissioners visited areas around the County and it was great to see Expressed appreciation to thel Road and Bridge crews and the snowplow County is currently under an avalanche warning. An avalanche occurred on ShelfRoad that caused aj plow driver to slide offt ther road. Search and Rescue efforts rescued the driver unharmed. Thanked Fremont County for Expressed gratitude for the efforts of Administrator Ross Herzog and Emergency Management Director. Teller  Mr. Campbell: Noted that County Attorney Paul Hurcomb was present online.  Mr. Williams:  Commended the community on1 their strength concerning thes storm. Teller County Rode 121 hours with plow driver Mat Headrick to see the conditions. Planning what we can do toj prepare for future storms. Commented on the combined efforts of all cities and groups in the County who Acknowledged power outage for 3 days. Commented on the rescue efforts with the plow driver and thanked Fred Clifford Public Works Department Head, Office of Emergency Management (OEM), the Coroner, and Search and Rescue (SAR). Thanked the community for helping with snow removal and welfare checks. It brought the community together. Echoed comments ofMr. Stone and Mr. Williams. Thanked the volunteers' and community leadership, Jay Teague, cities and their Recognized the GIS and Assessor who assisted in locating areas ofs stress. Noted that later in the meeting there will be aj presentation to commemorate the 125tha anniversary of the establishment ofTeller County.  Communityi is strong.  assisted.  Mr. Campbell:  agencies. Carol Kittelson, Assessor  Thanked Kat Hellum for creating al Facebook page where citizens could get snow Reported that he responded 71 times during storm and thanked Fred Clifford for  plowing updates. Steve' Tomsky, Coroner  his assistance in getting the roads cleared. Two of the deaths were snow related.  Administrator's Report: Ross Herzog, County Administrator  Thanked the community and staff for coming together.
