Resolution Proclaiming the month of May 2024 as "Mental Health Awareness Month" in Summit County, Colorado. Nicole Maynard from Building Hope commented on the high need for mental health support in Summit County, but stated that great strides have been made. PLN23-091 General Subdivision Exemption to adjust Lot 1 and Lot 2, Headlight Simon Corson gave al brief digital presentation, including but not limited to the vicinity map, proposed plat, and background. The goal of the application is to change lot lines only. Staff reviewed the subdivision exemption criteria with the help of the Road and Bridge Department in particular. Staff recommends approval of the application with the five findings as discussed. Subdivision.
