CALL TO ORDER  The Special Meeting of the Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 was called to order by Chair, Tamara Pogue, at 9:15 a.m. in the County Commissioners' Meeting Room,  Summit County Courthouse, 208 Lincoln Avenue, Breckenridge, Colorado.  II.  ROLL CALL  Board Members present and answer to the roll call were:  Tamara Pogue, Chair Nina Waters, Commissioner Eric Mamula, Commissioner  Staff Present in person and via Zoom were as follows: Dave Rossi, County Manager; Jeff Huntley, County Attorney; Cameron Turpin, Assistant County Attorney; Andrew Armstrong, Assistant County Attorney; Andy Atencio, Assistant County Manager; Jenny Wood, Assistant County Manager; Scott Hoffman, Assistant County Manager; Caitlin Johnson, Executive Administrative Additional Attendees in person and via Zoom: Jason Torres, Becky Bowers, and others that did  Manager; Lori Dwyer, Deputy Clerk and Millicent Marter, Deputy Clerk.  not sign in. Approved as Presented; and MOTION: A motion was made by Commissioner Mamula and seconded by Commissioner Waters to approve the Consent. Agenda, items A and B, subject to final legal review.
