Those present were Dave Hornung, Stan Hitchcock, Susan Corliss, and Theresa Korbelik. Cory Wall was absent. 8:00. Discussion was held on the Grounds & Buildings staff. 11:00 AM - Jeff Cure - County Attorney KC: Electrici is going toj puti in ai new line on County Road 30; the landowners have requested that the line be in the county right-of-way. The other pickup will bet taken to a mechanic forac quote on repairs that are needed. The compactor has been stuck twice recently requiring help from Road & Bridge District 1 to pull it out. Refresh out of Ft. Collins was presented. The pickup charge will be $475.00 plus recycling costs of $0.45 per pound of CRT devices and $0.35 per pound for other electronics will be charged. The board approved the scheduling for the recycling. BUSINESS MEETING: 1:54 PM 1. Review and Approve Consent Agenda Items 1.A Approve minutes for the. July 28th -] BOCC & DHS, and Accounts Payable Stan Hitchcock moved to approve the July 26th minutes for Board of County Commissioners and Board of Human Services and to pay the Accounts Payable in the amount of$181,844.01, seconded by Dave Hornung. The motion passed. 2. Monthly Reports 3.A Veteran's Service Office July Report- VSO Stan Hitchcock moved to confirm signing of the VSO July Report. There were 20 telephone calls, 4 emails, 6a appointments, and 4 outreach events (Kit Carson County Fair, VA Town Hall Meeting, and 2 Vet Organization Meetings) with at total served of18 with at total 167 hours serving as a full time County Veterans Service Officer on the report, seconded by Dave Hornung.
