Those present were Stan Hitchcock, Cory Wall, Dave Hornung, Susan Corliss, and Theresa Korbelik. An application for the summer part-time position has been received. The first inspection: for the carnival equipment HVAC Update - the wires on the roof were cut to the old system on Monday which may delay the switch over because it will take much longer to drain the old system. Ini the afternoon, there willl be a walk-through with Christian from ICE. The holes ini the Vitall Records Room will will be on April 20th. be repaired and the ceiling lowered; covered by ICE: ifneeded. 11:00 AM-] Hillary Frihauf & Kari Briegel - PTO Questions about the transfer oftheir vacation and sick leave time to NECALG. It was their understanding that these hours would be transferred tol NECALG when the SEP program moved on! March 1,2024. Clarification from the Colorado Department of] Public Health & Environment and Northeast Colorado Association ofLocal Government on the process and if SEP funds can be used.
