Those present were Dave Hornung, Stan Hitchcock, Susan Corliss, Theresa Korbelik. Cory Wall was absent. Jessica Schart came: for the meeting thel board updated her on the conversation and decision on the CMP Attestation. 10:00 AM-] Lisa Belden - VOCA Grant funds will be request in the next VALE grant. 10:30 AM- Collin Koop - Grounds & Buildings A spreadsheet was presented on the possible scenarios of the costs. The final ratio will be announced possibly in October to accommodate for the reduction int the VOCA grant, additional They have been working on the Poultry/Rabbit Barn this week. An update on the carnival schedule was given. The individual tickets for the carnival will be $1.00 per ticket (two or three tickets per ride). There will be a 3-day arm band and different color bands for each day. While setting up the goat pens, they noticed how hot it is under the lean-to on the pavilion; he would like to look into the cost of installing a vapor barrier or spraying insulation to the roof. 11:00 AM-Jeff Cure- - County Attorney Final review of the process for land-locked properties was discussed. The property discussed last week has had an easement form recorded soi it] has been completed with no further action needed. The title work for the Stratton transfer site has had the necessary documents recorded and Kit Carson County Abstract Company has been asked to review it again for clear title. The longhorn issue remains the same. The board reviewed the proposed changes to the Land Use Code to be presented to the Planning Commission for review as well.
