This Quit Claim Deed transfers title to the parcel 67 Domicile Circle in Pagosa Springs. The remaining four lots will be transferred to the PSCDC once the county had finalized the Quiet Title process. Commissioner Medina moved to approve a Quit Claim Deed to the Pagosa Springs Community Development Corporation for the parcel at 67 Domicile Circle as presented. Consideration and Approval of Digital Accessibility Coordinator Position Derek Woodman, County Manager, stated Colorado House Bill 21-1110 requires all Colorado governmental agencies to make their websites fully ADA-accessible by July 1,2024. County staff had been working tirelessly to bring the county website into compliance. The volume of work needed to comply with this requirement had already taken county staffhundreds ofhours and an enormous amount of work still remains. Once the website was fully ADA-accessible, it would require a full-time staff member to keep it up-to-date. This agenda item was to approve adding a staff position for al Digital Accessibility Coordinator. Commissioner Brown moved to approve creating a staff position for a Digital Accessibility Coordinator as presented and direct the County Manager to offer the position as a full-time position with benefits for the remainder of2 2024 in an amount not to exceed $45,000.
