April 22, 2024  ARCHULETA COUNTY PROCEEDINGS BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS  The Board of County Commissioners held a Special Meeting on April 22, 2024, with County Commissioners Ronnie Maez, Warren Brown and Veronica Medina, County Manager Derek Woodman, County Attorney Todd Weaver and County Clerk and Recorder Kristy Archuleta Chairman Medina called the special meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance  present.  and ai moment of silence. New Business  A. Consideration and Approval of Contract Documents and Specifications for the North Mike Torres, Public Works Director, stated the Board of County Commissioners awarded this reconstruction project to Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. dba Four Corners Materials during their Regular Meeting on April 2, 2024. This agenda item was to approve the contract documents. Commissioner Maez moved to approve the Contract Documents and Specifications with Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. dba FourCorners Materials for the North Pagosa Boulevard 2024 Resurfacing Project as presented. Commissioner Brown seconded the motion and it carried B. Consideration and Approval ofa Change Order for Rock Removal at Transit Center Derek Woodman, County Manager, stated this change order was for rock removal at the transit center construction site at a cost not to exceed $35,043.36. Commissioner Brown moved to approve a change order for rock removal at the transit center at a cost not to exceed $35,043.36 as presented. Commissioner Maez seconded the motion and it carried  Pagosa Boulevard 2024 Resurfacing Project  unanimously.  unanimously. Commissioner Comments There were none.
