The 2023 rates haven't come out yet but the Most Towns have separate Residential rates, Commercial rates and Out-ofTown rates. Some communities will come up with a 5-year plan to get the rates upi ini increments. When the' Town goes to thel Pro-Con grant meeting inl Denver, Iwilll help youi in that process. This can be done by video conference ori in person. It's just my opinion, ifyou' re asking for 1 million dollars you should bei there. AN INCREASE OF BASE RATES FOR THE SEWER SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE TOWN OF SEDGWICK. WHEREAS, the sewer services provided by the Town of Sedgwick operates as an Enterprise in compliance with Amendment 20, Section X oft the Constitution oft the State of Colorado; and, WHEREAS, the sewer systems are required to support themselves without the aid of WHEREAS, the current fees charged arei not sufficient to support the sewer systems; taxes or general funds transfers; and, itis, HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: 1. Beginning July 1, 2023, and continuing thereafter unless modified by the Board a. Residential taps, Base Rate shall be $35.35 per month, an increase of b. Non-Residential taps, Base Rate shall be $37.35 per month, an increase of Commercial taps, Base Rate shall be $37.35. per month, an increase of ofTrustees, thel Base Rate for Sewer Services: $10.00 per month. $10.00 per month. $10.00 per month. 2.
