Clerk'sOffice  Received Estimates for the Bleachers  Loan/Grant for the Sewer Forgiveness application has been submitted to the State.  The Harvest Festival Theme was decided it will be Dr. Seuss  Might think about doing ai trailer with hay bails for the Honored Citizen instead of trying to get them up on the Fire Truck. Plus it will bel Neta's 100th Birthday too. How tol be a certified Town, will help with different funding Danny volunteered to drive around and make ai map for them.  Attached is the price breakdown for the advertising for Harvest Festival's 100th celebration.  Rhonda is not here tonight but has a couple ofitems she is working on.  The Grant for the' Tree take down/replacement will need an estimate of what trees we are looking at. Maintenance Nothing Mayors Report  Hospital Grant meeting asked what the' Town of Sedgwick would: need. In mentioned a Generator at the Main Street meeting will bel held for. Julesburg, Iwill attend and see what thej process is.  Community Center that they want to use for an Emergency Shelter.  Board ofTrustees Dale. Jones  Would like to see the Stop Signs put up. They are. here and wel have locates done. So we: need to  get.t the concrete barriers done and installed.  New Business  Estimates for Rodeo Grounds  Estimate for Concrete comes in at $19,008 Estimates for Electrical Hook ups For RVsi is $10,000 Estimate for matching Big Bleacher $30,000. Everyone likes the Accident plan which is $261 fort the employee only, they can choose to add there spouse and family for additional costs Ifthe Town wants to they can pay for anything they want, such as just the employee or  along with other plans.  they can offer it at the full cost to the employee.
