Jones called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.  Commissioners present: Commissioners absent: Also present:  Willie Parker, Joe Alvarez, Monique Lopez and Patric Jim Martin, Sonia Smith and Roy Alatorre Recreation Coordinator Yvonne Hernandez and Public Works Supervisor Manuel Lopez  Jones  PUBLIC PRESENTATIONS  None.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES  Commissioner Velasquez-Lopez made a motion to approve the Minutes of the September 11, 2018 meeting, seconded by Commissioner Jones. The motion carried unanimously.  OLD BUSINESS: Trunk or Treat  The number of participants was lower than usual, but well attended. There were about 2000  people in attendance. The picture backdrop was a hit.  UNFINISHED BUSINESS:  Recapped Christmas Tree Lighting event and Children's Shopping day.  NEW BUSINESS: Easter Egg Hunt: Spring Fest  This is event will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2019. This event will be held on Saturday, April 27,2019.  ADJOURNMENT  Commissioner Lopez motioned to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Alvarez.
