Minutes of the Fowler Recreation Commission Meeting  February 9,2021  Patric Jones called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.  Commissioners Present: Commissioners Absent: City Staff Present:  Henrietta Martin, Roy Alatorre, Willie Parker, and Joe  Alvarez  Adriana Prado, Monique Lopez Liaison Juan Mejia.  Recreation Coordinator Yvonne Hernandez, City Council  PUBLIC PRESENTATIONS  Stephanie Mejia, Fowler resident, gave a Power Point presentation for the Easter Egg Scavenger  Hunt.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES  Commissioner Alvarez made aj motion to approve the minutes oft the February 9,2021 meeting,  seconded by Commissioner Parker. The motion carried unanimously.  UNFINISHED BUSINESS  Reorganization took place and the results were as follows. Patric Jones will remain Chairman, the position ofVice Chair went to Henrietta Martin, and Monique Velasquez-Lopez will keep  position of secretary. NEW BUSINESS  Online registration for the Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt with 150 families to start with and it will possibly increase to 200 teams/participants. All commissioners are excited about this event.  ADJOURNMENT  Commissioner Alvarez motioned to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Parker.
