Minutes of the Fowler Recreation Commission Special Meeting  March 24, 2021  Chairman Patric Jones called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.  Commissioners Present: Commissioner Absent: City Staff Present:  Henrietta Martin, Roy Alatorre, Willie Parker, Stephanie  Mejia, and Joe Alvarez Monique Lopez Liaison Juan Mejia  Recreation Coordinator Yvonne Hernandez, City Council  PUBLIC PRESENTATIONS  None  APPROVAL OF MINUTES  Commissioner Martin made a motion to approve the minutes oft the March 24, 2021 Special Meeting, seconded by Commissioner Parker. The motion carried unanimously.  OLD BUSINESS None  UNFINISHED BUSINESS  A discussion was had in regards to which businesses and community members would be on call.  NEW BUSINESS:  Commissioners went over the first clue of the scavenger hunt. The goody bag distribution for participants is set for Friday before the event with location and times. Easter egg pickup times from Senior Center will be 12:30 p.m.-2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Commissioners went over station assignments. A: suggestion was made to only have the group leader have the  wristband, collect eggs, and next clue.  ADJOURNMENT  Commissioner Alvarez motioned to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Velasquez-Lopez.
