Mayor Pro Tem Gill called the Special Town Board Meeting to order at 5:00 Roll Call. Mayor Pro Tem Katie Gill, Trustees John Leonard, Paul Sutton, and David Wirtz were present. Mayor Chris Wolfe, Trustees Sean Forey, and Adam Way were absent. A quorum Staff Present Austin Flanagan (Town Attorney) and Courtney Christensen (Deputy Town  P.M.  was established. Clerk).  Amendments to the Agenda. None. Presentations and Hearings. None. General Business.  Resolution 2024-07 - A Resolution of the Board ofTrustees Appointing Mallory Nassau as the Town Manager. Mayor Pro Tem Gill stated the Town had a competitive application process and had very talented and experienced applicants and she is pleased with the resolution. Am motion was made by' Trustee Sutton to approve Resolution 2024-07- A] RESOLUTION OFT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES APPOINTINGMALLORY NASSALASTHETOWN MANAGER. The motion was seconded by Trustee Leonard. All members present voted Trustee Leonard asked what the start day is for the new Town Manager. Attorney Flanagan Adjournment.
