TOWN OF LIMON BOARD OF TRUSTEES Special Meeting July 15, 2010  Notice of this meeting was posted at Town Hall on July 14, 2010. Mayor Beattie called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.  ROLL  Town Clerk Chris Snyder called roll. Members of the Board present: Mayor Beattie; Trustees: Hendricks,  Kelly, King, and Metcalf. Trustees Andersen and Hawthome were absent.  STAFF GUESTS Bonny & Ron Krier. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE  Staff present: Town Manager Stone, Administrative Intern Hanson and Town Clerk Snyder.  RESOLUTION NO. 07-10-32; AMENDING PRICE STRUCTURE FOR SAND AND GRAVEL Town Manager Stone introduced and there was read in full the title of the following proposed resolution and the entire text of said resolution was submitted in writing to each member of the Board of Trustees and Resolution No. 07-10-32; A Resolution Amending the Price Structure for Sand and Gravel Sales by the Trustee Hendricks moved to approve Resolution No. 07-10-32 with amendments sO noted; seconded by  the Mayor. Town of Limon.  Trustee King. Motion carried unanimously.  ADJOURNMENT  Trustee King moved to adjourn at 6:30 p.m.; seconded by Trustee Kelly. Motion carried unanimously.
