Dolores Strategic Plan Workshop January 17, 6:30 pm Dolores Town Hall  6:30 Introduction to the meeting-The purpose oft the workshop is to agree to the Vision, Goals and Objectives. This is the bird's eye feet view. Iti is natural to want to move directly into specific projects or details, but this first efforti is limited. In a two-hour session, if we achieve that purpose we will have accomplished much. So, project or detailed actions follow this first meeting. There are two tabs to the Excel attachment. Sheet one is the vision, goals and objectives. Patrick Rondinelli developed the Visionand Goals andlh have developed the Objectives. Everything is ont thei table, meaning we can edit or eliminate or substitute a goal foranother. Similar strategy withi the Objectives. Sheet twoi ist titled Details and you can click on that sheet at the bottom oft the page. That file contains the goals, but nothing else currently.
