Excused from the meeting was Commissioner Anderson. Also in attendance were Interim Town Administrator Mark Relph, Attorney Bo Nerlin, Planner Mark Chain and Town Clerk Jess Shelton. Not in attendance were Commissioner Terry Jarboe and ex-officio Tracy Gist were not in attendance. 5:31 p.m. Back 9 Equities, LLC-I Mesa Point PUD Public Hearing Open Public Hearing: Commissioner Weed moved and Commissioner Peterson seconded to open the Public Hearing at 5:44 p.m. All voted 'aye,' no one voted 'nay,' the motion passed unanimously, and the Public Hearing was opened. Staff Introduction: Town Planner Mark Chain gave a slideshow presentation. Commissioner Peterson moved, and Commissioner Barnes seconded to approve the staffintroduction.
