Approval of January 22, 2024, Regular Meeting Minutes.  b. Approval of Accounts Payable Dated February 12, 2024, in the Amount of $1,421,681.93. C. Approval of Resolution 24-09, Adopting an Updated Purchasing Policy for the City of d. Approval of Resolution 24-10, Approving al First Amendment to Agreement with Kimley- Horn and Associates, Inc., for Colorado Boulevard Pavement Striping. e. Approval of Resolution 24-11, Approving a Professional Services Agreement with Fusion Inspections and Consultants, LLC for Water Tower Rehabilitation Services. f. Approval of Resolution 24-12, Approving an Agreement with K.P. Kauffman Company, Inc. g. Approval of Resolution 24-13, Amending Rules of Procedures for City Council and Board and Commissions Requiring In-Person. Attendance for Executive Session. Consideration and Approval of Ordinance 956, Amending the Dacono Municipal Code to Establish the Community Development Department, on First Reading. Agreement with Enterprise FM Trust, on First Reading.
