Approval of February 26, 2024, Regular Meeting Minutes. b. Acknowledgment of Receipt of Payments Made for February 2024.  C. Approval of Resolution 24-18, Approving al Reimbursement Agreement Between the City of Dacono and the Urban Renewal Authority of Dacono for Colorado Energy and Carbon d. Approval of Resolution 24-19, Approving an. Agreement with Vector Disease Control e. Approval of Resolution 24-20, Making Appointment of a Commissioner to the Urban  Management Commission Rule 211 Actions. International, LLC for Mosquito Management Services.  Renewal Authority of Dacono.  Councilmember Cummings moved to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. The vote  was unanimous with Mayor Morehead declaring the motion carried.  General Business  Mayor Morehead asked if any councilmember had any disclosures regarding the public hearings, such as conflicts of interest or any ex parte communications. Public Hearing and Consideration of Ordinance 959, Amending Chapter 16 of the Dacono Municipal Code Regarding Renewal of Temporary Recreational Vehicle  have any disclosures to make.  Parking Permits, on Second Reading. Mayor Morehead opened the public hearing.  Interim City Manager Jennifer Krieger presented her report.  Councilmember Rogers asked how many businesses we currently have that have temporary  Page 1 of2    RVI parking. Jennifer stated just one, IMI.  Councimember Plain asked what the process would be ifity was administratively denied. Jennifer stated they would have to go through the Special Use Permit Process. Mayor Morehead asked if staff could administratively approve small changes. Jennifer  stated that staff will use discretion.  With no further comments, Mayor Morehead closed the public hearing.  Councilmember Plain moved to approve Ordinance 959, Amending Chapter 16 oft the Dacono Municipal Code Regarding Renewal of Temporary Recreational Vehicle Parking Permits, on Second Reading. The vote was unanimous with Mayor Morehead declaring the  motion carried.  Staff Reports  Jennifer Krieger - She stated there is a special council meeting next Tuesday at 3pm.
