Approval of March 11, 2024 Regular Meeting Minutes and March 19, 2024 Special Meeting b. Approval of Resolution 24-21,Amending the Employee Pay Plan for Fiscal Year 2024 by C. Approval of Resolution 24-22, Approving al Water Dedication Agreement for Vivid II  Minutes.  adding the position of GIS Asset Management Specialist.  Workshops Site Plan.  Councimember Cummings moved to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. The vote  was unanimous with Mayor Morehead declaring the motion carried.  General Business  A. Consideration of Ordinance 960, Amending Chapter 6 of the Dacono Municipal Code Regarding Mobile Food Trucks and Pushcarts, on First Reading and Setting a Public Councimember Rogers moved to approve of Ordinance 960, Amending Chapter 6 oft the  Hearing Pursuant to Charter S 3-9 for April 8, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. City Clerk Valerie Taylor read the summary of Ordinance of 960. Consideration of Ordinance 961, Amending Chapter 6 of the Dacono Municipal Code Concerning the Issuance of Festival Permits, on First Reading and Setting a Public Hearing Pursuant to Charter S 3-9 for April 8, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. City Clerk Valerie Taylor read the summary of Ordinance of 961. Councilmember Cummings moved to approve Ordinance 961, Amending Chapter 6 oft the Dacono Municipal Code Concerning the Issuance of Festival Permits and Setting a Public Hearing Pursuant to Charter S 3-9 for April 8, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. The vote was unanimous C. Executive Session for the discussion of a personnel matter under C.R.S. S 24-6- 402(4)(f) and not involving any specific employees who have requested discussion of the matter in open session; any member of this body or any elected official; the appointment of any person to fill an office of this body or of an elected official; or personnel policies that do not require the discussion of matters personal to particular employees; and for the purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations, andlor instructing negotiators, under C.R.S. S 24-6-402/4)(e), specifically for review of potential appointment of a City Manager, none of the candidates for which position are Councilmember Plain moved to go into Executive Session for the discussion of a personnel matter under C.R.S. S 24-6-402(4)() and not involving any specific employees who have requested discussion oft the matter in open session; any member of this body or any elected official; the appointment of any person to fill an office of this body or of an elected official; or personnel policies that do not require the discussion of matters personal to particular employees; and for the purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations, and/or instructing negotiators, under C.R.S. S 24-6-402/4)(e), specifically for review of potential appointment of a City Manager, none oft the candidates for which position are finalists. Convened into Executive Session at 6:29 PM  Mayor Morehead stated the time is now 7:33 PM, and the executive session has been concluded. For the record, ifa any person who participated in the executive session believes that any substantial discussion of any matters not included in the motion to go into the executive session occurred during the executive session, or that any improper action occurred during the executive session in violation of the Open Meetings Law, he asked that any concerns be  stated for the record.
