Mayor Morehead asked about a property owner renting out their property (empty lot) for food trucks. Valerie stated that would be up to the licensing authority. Kathleen stated that there is nothing int the ordinance to prevent them from doing that but there may be Councilmember Rogers asked what happened if food trucks do not follow the rules? Kathleen stated that would be an enforcement matter just like any other section oft the code. With no further comments, Mayor Morehead closed the public hearing.
