Planning and Zoning Commission Special Meeting 3.20.2024  Call to order and Led the Pledge of Allegiance: Chairperson Bethurum called the meeting to Roll Call: Chairperson Skip Bethurum, Commissioners Steve. Anderson, Ardon Barnes, Jason Weed and Ex-Officio members Jim Atkinson, and Tracy Gist. Let it be shown for the record that Attorney Bo Nerlin, Interim Town. Administrator Mark Relph and Town Clerk Jess Shelton.  order and led the pledge of allegiance at 6:02 p.m.  Back Nine Equity, LLC:  Attorney Bo Nerlin read a statement stating that the Planning and Zoning Commission should schedule a hearing to discuss the letter from the Back Nine Equity lawyers in  regard to Commissioner Anderson.  Commissioner Weed moved and Commissioner Anderson seconded to continue the Public Hearing to. April 9, at 5:30 p.m. All voted 'aye' no one voted 'nay'; the motion passed unanimously, and the meeting was rescheduled for April 9 at 5:30 p.m.  Meeting adjourned at 6:06 p.m.  Shelton Town Clerk  CER
